DESCRIPTION:
Hall of Wat Ku Kham before the restoration.Later , it’s loof was changed to the central Thai style as seen nowaday. In 2464 BE. Mr. Phakakumpook and Mrs. Srikum who were strongly faithful to Buddhism has donated money in building Hall of Wat Ku kham measuring 12 meters long and 20 meters wide.This Hall was built in Lanna Style with bricks and mortar wall, teak wood tiles, Chofa(gable apex), Bai Raka (toothlike ridges on the sloping edges of a gable, representing the fin on the back of Naga), fascia made of teakwood carved Magnificently. In the Hall there is a subduing Mara Buddha Statue ,Burmese style , Chiangsean Era. Nan city wall was seen on the right of the picture.
